As much as i prefer using OPI and Essie nail polish, they could be considered at a lot of money for some people. Like me, sometimes i want to try a different colour, but with little money i cant afford to spend £10 on one nail varnish so i have to go for the cheaper range. I thought i would review some of these for anyone who is interested to see if these brands are any good. Hope you enjoy.
Collection 2000
I got these as part of a birthday present. I love the colours these nail polishes are,
and at the price of £1.99 i would say they are ok for what they are worth.
Although i would say the consistency of these are really thick, which some
people might not like. I only have to apply one coat which is good. 3/5
Barry M
I've just realised these colours are similar to my collection 200 ones aha!
I chose these pastel colours because i got them in the summer and pastels
were in for the summer. These stay on your nails for quite along time but
take 2 to 3 coats to get a good solid colour. I prefer these nail varnishes to
the Collection 2000 ones. One negative about them is that the brush is really thin.
£2.99
Rimmel London
You probably can tell i like these seeing as i have a lot of them :)
They stay on your nails a long time, they dry really fast and take
about 2 coats to get a solid colour. I wish they had a bigger range of colours as these
are just your normal colours. The 60 seconds range is priced at around £3.50 and
the I <3 Lasting Finish is priced at £2.99. 4/5
Thanks for reading! :)
